Shannon asked: "I am updating my RF pricing profile. If I set 800x600 for width x height, what will happen when someone orders a portrait that would need to be formatted 600x800?"
When you define your prices, you can specify that an image be downsized to a specific size on delivery. The size can be a function of the uncompressed file size (3 times the numbers of pixels in the final image), or, indeed, based on width and height.
There are 2 alternatives to define the size based on width and height:
So, if you define your size to be 800x600 (min), the delivered portrait will end up being 800x1200. If the setting is 800x600 (max), the portrait will be 400x600.
If you want to deliver images where there longest edge is 800 pixels regardless of their orientation, set the size to 800x800 width x height (max).
Alternatively, to deliver images where the shortest edge is always 600 pixels, set the size to 600x600 width x height (min).
